Swanky Outlet the most outrageous, unfair and impractical return policy MS

I purchased a bed sheet on Swanky Outlet. Upon opening the package I realised the sheet was thorn in multiple spots. I called customer service and they told me that someone will call me back however  it never happened.  I just went to their Website to read their return policy. It is the most outrageous, unfair and impractical return policy I have ever came across. They sell damaged and used goods and then they almost force you to keep it because of unreasonable return policy.
I decided to cut my losses, threw the sheet out, lost $33 and I don't want to deal with this people again. 

Please read their return policy before you purchase anything from them and keep in mind that they sell damaged goods.
