I reported Joe and all of his scamming friends to the BBB and to the Federal Trade Commission. People like Joe Richy and the affiliate he plays with are crooks and they don't care... BUT, the FTC will keep track of complaints and when they see a pattern, thet will investigate. They are not an intermediary(sp), but they will do something when they see he is as bad as we all know! The BBB on the other hand, wil try to get a dialoge going that can be useful sometimes...but at least the complaint will be on file when others who are smarter (than me) go to check Joe out before doing business(if you can call it that). I would also like to say you can go two ways here...first if you are strong enough, push it to the max...even if it cost more than your loss...but a lawyer can write a letter for you and usually will charge 100-200 dollars and it may scare him. Or, if you don't have the strength ( which is understandable), or the money...then cut your losses and walk away...you are not at fault and you have been victimized. Joe and the rest of the scum will be caught eventually and pay in mor ethan one way.

You can also file a complaint with the Search Engines - let them know he is a crook, misleading and also he spams his site with keywords - they will drop him like a hot potatoe - believe me they will

He basically tells you "I've scammed you and have your credit card # and there isn't anything you can do about it".

In order to help stop this scumbag you will need to file reports against him with the Attorney Generals Office in your state and in his home state of Oregon. You should also file complaints with the Internet Fraud Bureau, the Postal Inspectors and the BBB.

My suggestion would be to defintely close out your account and open a new one. This low life inbreed will almost certainly try charging you again or will simply sell your info to others that are involved in his scam network.

It's a sad fact but you simply cannot take any chances with your information when dealing with someone who has proven beyond any doubt that he is a crook, thief, liar and con man.

Also, just to alert everyone to Joe's new identy that he is using to rip people off under, beware of his new alias kentstrading which he is doing business under (at least his email address is now kentstrading). As many of his victims already know and have seen, scumbag Joe changes his email address, web site URL and business name regularly to throw future victims off his trail.
