Sweepstakes Clearinghouse ripoff Dallas Texas

hello. i purchased an ibm/phillips desktop computer from the sweetpstakes clearing house last year in the month of aug of 2004.

my complaint with them is that they sent me a voucher stating "the attached credit voucher is yours, as a consolation winner, and may be applied toward your choice of the following:

"the ibm desktop computer w/software and free internet." never did i get the free internet and the voucher did not state that i would be getting a windows 95.

are they not suppose to be selling windows 95? if that was the case, i would not have purchased the computer. i cant hardly do anything with it because the windows are so outdated.

i called them one time after i purchased the computer and they told me that i could pay the difference, which i don't believe is fair to me.

what they did was poor advertisment, im very disatified and refuse to pay more money for anything. i paid my lay-a-way on time, got it out,therefore i demand justice.

if you can, help me, please!
