I Put an Dell computer on layaway with this company. After my two checks worth 120.00 were cashed, i never heard from them again. After investigating, i got scared and attemted to contact the company many ways. Do Not send your money here as this is a rip off!!!! I am finding ways to get my refund and want to know if any one has found a way of doing so.

i'm sorry that they got you to. but i guess it's just a tough love way of telling you that nothing in this world is free or on discount. i was also got by them. by calling them i was only told that they do not do refunds. i e-mailed customer support and it took them a month for them to mail it to me. and i didn't get everything i had payed them 305.00 and they only returned 272.00. good luck.

Go to your bank and get front and back copies of your checks. With these, you can get the name of the bank and account# that your checks were depoited into, as well as the legal name of the business.
What is the address you sent the money to? Was it a PO BOx? If so, file with the postal inspectors for mail fraud. FYI..Never send money to anyone who only has a PO BOX. This is the first sign of a scam.
Now, contact that bank with a fraud complaint and explain how their customer is engaging in fraud, and using their bank to do it.
Make a similar complaint with copies of your checks attached to the consumer affairs division of your state's AG's office.
You can also file a small claims lawsuit against them, and with your proof of payment they would surely lose, and have to pay all of your legal costs too.
Don't let them get away with this.
Good luck!
