I want it to be known that we live in England and my Mum (aged 75) has just received the letter you are all talking about, except that it stated that she could win 358,467 and all she had to do was pay 13.17. Luckily she showed it to me and being a disbelieving sort of person I said I would check the company out on the Internet, and luckily found your site. If everybody knows it is a scam then why are they being allowed to continue to send these letters out, why are the authorities not taking action to put the people responsible behind bars.
