I placed an order with Kristen for Barney invitations for my daughter's 2nd birthday on 4/4/09. My credit card was charged for the full amount on this day as well. On 4/10/09 I received a email with my invitation proof which I replied for her to print - meaning that everything was correct. On 4/20/09 I still had not received my invitations nor had I received the email informing me that my invitations had been mailed. I emailed her on this day asking for information regarding the invitations since my daughter's party is 5/2/09. No response to my email after 2 days.
On 4/22/09 I called the number listed on her website for "customer service" to find that the mailbox was full. I did a reverse look up by address and found a home phone number. HOWEVER, this number had been disconnected! So I went to investigating via internet. I found a family member's phone number who was nice enough to provide me with Kristen's current phone number (603) 608-3405. I called and she answered!! I told her what my name was and my issues. She wanted to reprint the invitations but I explained that they would be too late. So she agreed to credit my credit card and cancel the order. I have gotten an email confirmation of this but I am waiting to make sure it is on my credit card. I would NOT recommend anyone buy from this lady!!

The order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail - however Priority Mail does not offer a tracking# so when I was contacted and told that they had not yet been received - I offered to reprint the invites and ship them overnight (which has tracking), but she declined and was issued a refund as requested immediately.
The customer was refunded as we discussed on the phone and she received an email receipt (as well as I did) once I processed the refund through the CC processor (authorize.net).
My phone number is clearly not unlisted. We changed to digital phone service over 1 year ago.... I'm not sure why the old number was coming up in her search.
