Complaint Review: Sweet Paula's Pods
Sweet Paula's Pods doesn't ship until you pester her Internet
I ordered a batch of poppy pods from Paula's website on 04/04/2017 with guaranteed 2-5 business day shipping. I contacted her on day 5 to find out what was going on as I had not received my package. Come to find out, she hadn't even shipped it yet! I politely asked that she ship it to me overnight as I needed them immediately to start working on arrangements for a wedding reception. What does she do? Sends it 2-5 day shipping! So now I am waiting 2-5 business days, 5 business days after I paid for this order. Yes she would have lost money shipping them overnight, but that's what you have to do when you mess up as a company. She even told me she was on her way to the post office and was going to ship it the fastest route available. She sent it USPS and I know they have overnight shipping! Don't buy from her if you like things to be on time or to be taken care of like a valued customer.
