I sent Bella Beads money for a kit and supplies. I got my kit. I never received the supplies to make 18 bookmark's. I called them and she called me back. Told me it would take 8 working days to get them. I never got them to this day. I called her again. She said she would put a trace on those and call me back. She as not called. I call and get a message service. She has not called me back.
