Swift Transport up graetted my cdl from a class B to a class A and after 2 years my cdl is invalid and i lose my class b cdl too Millington Tennessee

I hav held a C.D.L drivers license for 25 years.I held a class B C.D.L for 23 years in the state of maryland.I went to millington tennessee and up greated to a class A C.D.L in 2006though swift transport.I transferd my license back to the state of maryland and in the sping of 2008 I transferd my license to the state of colorado.I receved a letter from the state of colorado that the state of tennessee said the school i went to was not qualifyed to give me a road test and the pretrip inspection test and skills test .

So i went to Denver to the appointment and expaind my that i did not have a truck to do these test with because the company i worked for could not let me yous the truck for the test.so i asked to have this tranferd to the state of maryland because i could get a truck from someone in my family that could help me with this.And they told me to surrender my C.D.L because I did not comply.I have no ACCIDENTS and no MOVING VIOLATIONS.And I dont know why they cant transfer this to the state of maryland.I still hold a class A license in colorado because the staate of colorado will not let me transfer back to the state of maryland.CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS?????
