I worked for Swift for two years as an instructor at one of their academies. I saw what they did to drivers. Few make it at Swift, those are the ones who will say go with Swift....most likely the only company they have driven for also. It is hard to find a company that will take you without experience, this is why Swift continues to thrive. Once their drivers get enough experience they usually go with a better company. Look at Swift's turn-over rate, albeit most companies have high turn-over, Swift is off the charts. That alone should red flag this company. I could only recommend a company I have worked for and these companies wont take inexperienced drivers. I would say find a smaller outfit and do research on them. This is a good place to look at a companies record but you have to read these reports with a " grain of salt". I can definately say not to go with Swift, as I have worked for them and can say first hand they are a very sub-standard company.
