DO NOT use this company under ANY circumstances!!

I made the mistake of placing and order with this company BEFORE checking them out. This company's website is filled with nothing but lies and their 'customer service' department is really nothing more than a bunch of guys collecting YOUR money.

I placed my initial order online on a Thursday (9/7/06) before the place even opened for business that day. I immediately got an e-mail confirming that the got the order, and nothing else. There is NOTHING on their website ANYWHERE that states anything about 'order processing time', so I called the next day to find out what was going on.

When I called and spoke with the HIGHLY intelligent "Erin", he told me that it took 24-48 hours to process the order and then they would send me an e-mail when it was shipping out...basically talking to me like I was wasting his time and that I should have already known all this. So, I figured that I'd give them until Monday to send the e-mail.

Monday (9/11/06): I call, AGAIN, to find out what's going on because (you guessed it) I still haven't gotten any e-mail. This time, "Nate" tells me that it's 1-2 BUSINESS days for order procesing. Well, I start to investigate things a bit more because now I'm starting to get upset. Tell me something people...since when are Saturday and Sunday considered BUSINESS days? Well, I guess they are to this company because THEIR website states: "Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday." Did everyone get that?? Not that they will be PROCESSED on Monday...they will SHIP on Monday. This is a DIRECT QUOTE from their website. So tell me, where's the 1-2 business day processing time? So what is it 1-2 business days (in which case your company is LYING and it's FALSE ADVERTISING) or it is 24-48 hours (in which case you are STILL lying, because 96+ hours later, I still have no info about my order.)?

I called back yet again on Monday and spoke with Mr. Personality (Erin) again and he informed me he was the Manager for Cust. Service. I explained all this to him and his response was that "You didn't place the order on a Saturday or Sunday, wo it doesn't matter." Not only that, but he tried to make up an excuse about an e-mail being sent informing me of the manufacturer waiting on parts. That's funny...I never got any other e-mails? He tried to say that it was AOL blocking it because it may have thought it was SPAM...bad news for you a*****e...AOL will STILL take the message it thinks is SPAM and send it to a DIFFERENT FOLDER!! So again, nothing but LIES.

And by the way...if you read back up in these posts a little way...you'll see one where this "supposed" Jeff Yurin person left his "supposed" phone number for someone to call him and speak with him about an issue. Guess what ...ANOTHER LIE!! If you check the number and then look at the website, it's the SAME NUMBER for the business, not Jeff Yurin's PERSONAL number as they claimed it was in the earlier post.

Bottom line: THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM!! They are fakes, liars, cheats, and are out for nothing but your money! Oh yeah, by the way...when i asked "Erin" to re-send me a copy of the follow-up e-mail that they supposedly sent and he was supposedly looking at, he couldn't. And just for everyone's knowledge...the count of the BBB complaints is now up to 80 in a 36 month period. The majority of which the company doesn't even bother answering.
