Don, DJ Trahan provide a scam to the general public in the form of their bogus golf traing products.  This is a business focused on generation of cash from unsuspecting students of golf.

Looking into Beaufort County court records you will find a law suit where Don Trahan and friends attempted to steal this business from it orginal founders.

They did this by enlisting the aid of Greg Sams who in turn sucked into to unsuspecting local computer professionals by positioning that they owned the product and all materials.  Which was a bald face lie.

The general public was dupped into believing that changes for the better were in progress and to continue to send in their money.  Shortly after the copy of the web site was up and running, Don Trahan and his son DJ Trahan severed two contracts for services with the two local professionals. 

Canceling/ breaking a contract for services may be a gray area - but non payment of services rendered to date is not.  SwingSurgeon.com has been invoiced for this outstanding amount from the position of bad debit collections.  Their response was to file suit aganist the local providers for theft of computer equipment... computer equipment owned by the service providers.  That  law suit has dragged on for almost two years.. it of course is also on file with the Beaufort County Court.

In the meantime, the entire customer support team that was developed, the product development and support team has all been removed from the firm.  Yet SwingSurgeon.com continues to inform the public that things are better than ever.  While the public receives less and less for its dollars.

We have copies of worthless documents which carry the signature of Don Trahan.. these documents include a Stale Dated Check for $10,000.00 - further proving this man's attempts to defraud others at will.
