DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR SWIPE AUCTIONS FRAUD & SCAMS

I made a terrible mistake and clicked on a ad for SwipeAuctions. The site is FULL of clutter and for a reason, they hide the fact that you will be charged $159 for signing up then $12 a month for some sort of bonus bid thing which again is hidden in mounds of clutter as you click through the site.

To ensure you have no idea that you are charged these regular fees are not shown in your account activity report online with SwipeAuctions, you have to check your credit card statement.

This is what I have been through since October 18th 2010.... #1 When chatting and trying to get my refund I was instructed to fill out there refund form and send by "SNAIL MAIL" back to them. Chat with them in 2 weeks to make sure they received the form. They say they have to have your signature, like a retailer to refund your money. Chatted in 2 weeks and was told to check back in 7 days. They said it takes 28 days to screen it for fraud. Then I was told to chat back a few more days. Finally after, I don't know how many days, they told me they issued a credit immediately and it would take 6 to 10 days to show up on my account. Ten days went by and no refund. I chatted again and now they told me it would take 2 more days.  When I called my credit card company to have the charges refunded they said there was nothing they could do. They are doing this just to use your money as long as possible and I don't know if I will ever get it back.

No REFUND EVER FROM SWIP AUCTION

I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my refund. My bank talked to the SW support and they guaranteed a refund by last Wed. Nov.17 and it never came through. SW sent me an email and said if I wanted my money back I would have to file a dispute with the bank, which I did and should have my money back in my account Monday.

BEWARE OF SWIPE AUCTION, THEY ARE A SCAMMMMMMMMMM, THEY LIE EVERY TIME YOU CHAT OR TALK TO THEM.

Still NO REFUND

Turned "RIP OFF, SWIPE AUCTION" into the BBB. I went to my bank yesterday to file a dispute against them and the Bank called them. They said I would have my refund by Wed. 11/17/10. I'm not counting on it. We will see and I will post the results..........

This is the latest on my refund!!!!!!!!!!

Ashlyn#SA6730: SwipeAuctions is winding down operations due to merchant shutting down our processing and is no longer accepting new customers. In addition, SwipeAuctions is unable to issue any refunds for membership fees (see the SwipeAuctions Terms & Conditions). During SwipeAuctions wind down period, all products corresponding to already paid winning auctions will be shipped in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for response from our support team.

you: I am suppose to be getting a refund by today. What is going on with that? I sent in for it September 18th and it is suppose to have been processed.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to process the refund through our Merchant account since they have denied all refunds. We do however want to work together with you to obtain your refund.  Kindly e-mail our support team at support@swipeauctions.com. Please provide them with your name, email address, address, postal/zip code, and as much of your information as possible to assist them to locate your account. The Support Team will then provide you with a Release of Funds Authorization Form.  This is the form you will need to provide to your Bank or CC Company to obtain a refund. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for response from our support team who will respond during the working hours of Monday Friday 8 am to 5 pm MST.

MORE TIME ADDED

Every time someone contacts me they add more time to my refund, the last time it was a couple of more days only. It has been  42 days now and still nothing. Now they are blaming it on the banks......... Electronic transfers never take this long, from reputable merchants or web sites, that is. I don't believe a word anyone tells me from that site. It is a SCAM, if you make a mistake or an over site they don't care, they just want your money.

NO REFUND YET

So far    " I can help you jennifer@swipeauctions.com"   hasn't done anymore that that useless "LIVE CHAT" that is on there web page. It has now been 41 DAYS and still nothing with there great "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". You can read how there money back guarantee works on there web page but don't believe it. Believe me it doesn't work that way.
