OK, so I go on this website and it is talking about how great it is showing all sorts of pictures...Obviously to get your attention! But as they say read the small print! I did not completely understand the whole process...Obviously, because I filled everything out and after filling out the credit card info..BAM 159.00 is charged to my card! No, are you sure or this is what we are charging and why? So I went to a live chat window and asked every question I could think of...why? 159.00? How exactly does this work? I even asked, so let me get this straight I bought 159.00 worth of points? YES, YES (their response) I will get 159.00 worth of merchandise? answer:YES I say ok but my credit card will not be charged without authorization right? answer: Right


Well, they failed to mention that with each bid you make you pay! I mean EVEN if you do not win....This is just a privledge to bid...You do not win you still lose your money. In about 1 minute 159.00 is gone! and after asking I still got ripped off! I guess they figure, if you do not ask specifically DON"T TELL. When I tried to contact them again and repeated, I asked questions before I bid why, was I mis-informed...They continually responded how can I help you? So they play stupid! No 100% guarantee as claimed TOO DIFFICULT to get help! I feel stupid! But at the same time I would only expect that if I ask questions and tell you, make this clear..You do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BEWARE just another SCAM! When will custome service have HONESTY AGAIN???????
