Damen Marin is a slick character. Answers the phone, returns calls promptly. Comes to your house with his company logo on his brand new Audi (Silver A4 Sedan), has a business card, paperwork the whole nine yards. Gives you some BS paperwork with an estimate and requires a check for a deposit and sets up a time. He then goes directly to the bank and hard cashes your check, and is never to be seen or heard from again. Good luck getting a return phone call from this character.

The police know exactly who he is, but have not been able to make a case that will hold up in court. Anyone whom he has ripped off, send a registered letter to 231 Jefferson St Fort Collins, CO demanding that he refund your money on a specified date in cash. When he fails to do this, take this information along with proof of the certified letter to the police so they can build a case against him. 

This guy is getting away with this and obviously making enough money to buy himself a brand new 50k car. Let's put a stop to this.
