Switzer Maids Cleaning Company SCAM! Fort Collins, Colorado

Damen Marin is a slick character. He came out to our house, gave us an estimate, etc. and said he required a check for $150 as a deposit. Guess what, he then never showed up to clean the house, and has never returned a phone call. He also walked to the bank and hard cashed our check about 10 minutes after we gave it to him. This guy is a professional scam artist, who is getting away with this all over northern colorado. I encourage anyone who has been taken by him to contact the fort collins police. they had some helpful information and instructions, they know who he is very well, and they are in the process of building a case against him, but need more people to contact them. 

i am also a victim to the company i am a maid. i am professional and was told many times to leave the site before i was finished. many times i had  to go back to the site and finish on my own time just sao i was in good standing with the clients. every attempt i made to get paid i was denied refused hung up on and given the run a round. d not let this company scam you as well. Damen is a fraud and will steal from you. he will take your money he will leave he will have his maids leave with out finishing he is a bad person with a smooth tone he will promise you the cleanest room ever and then not clean. please i am warning you, i am an ex-employee that never got paid he owes me a large amount of moiney i am taking legal action as he is also seeking legal help for his own personal issues he is facing.... he has a posting on craigslist for legal help. do not trust this company ever warn all you know who needs cleaning business not to use him!!!!!
