SWM/ Nubodi Charged my credit card without permission. Utah Utah

I payed the shipping price for a free sample of diet pills from SWM/Nubodi. I payed it online with my Capital One card. When I recieved the sample in the mail they came in a envelope. There was no paper work on terms or conditions or anything saying that by getting the free sample I was commited to anything. The following month I called to close my credit card account because I had paid it off and they told me that I owed $89.51. They told me that it was from the same company that I had recentley paid $1.50 to. I called the company and asked then why they had went and charged me $89.31 on my card without my permission and what was this chrge for. They told me that by paying for the shipping and recieving the free sample that I had signed up to recieved their product once a mon. and the charge that appearded on my card would be monthly. I could not believe this, I told them I was not told that I had to cancel once I recieved my sample. As far as I knew there was nothing to cancel, especially since There wasnt even an invoice showing anything needed to be canceled or followed upon. They canceled my account out but refused to credit me back even though I never recieved the months supply that I paid for. At the time my credit card company is trying to get my money back for me. This company is a rip off and are not doing business they way they should I didnt even recieve anykind of comformation # for my transaction and they refuse to credit me. SWM/Nubodi should be sued and put out of business.
