I made a purchase on 1/6/2011 with a 48 hour rush, today is 1/11/2011, I have not receieved my purchase item nor have I received a reply from them regarding my order status. I have sent them several emails and still have not received a reply, at this point I'm convinced they are definitely a rip-off.
