I have used Norton Anti Virus for many years, Always I have bought product in stores. This time I Renewed Online and it downloaded and installed, But.. It will Not run Live Update, it says "Expired" even though expire date shows 2005. They allow no way to contact them without exhorbitant fees. This is a Fraudulant Ripoff. I will never use Norton again.!
