I just read another report about this company, and I completely agree with everything that was said in it. This company claimed to be a good Christian company, but they prey on young, inexperienced adults.

To begin with, they told me that a friend had recommended me for their program. I am sure now that no friend of mine would have done such of thing. Then they show you shiny cookware they claim is old and used every day. We bought a small set because we liked the idea of greaseless cookware. However, once we got it, we hated it. It does not work like they said. I can't get it clean ever and the food you cook in it tastes terrible. Even when you make timely payments, they call you constantly.

We tried to pay online (which by the way costs an extra $7 plus per payment), and the site told us we had paid, but they never took the money out. They then claimed that we were a month late on our next bill. We did not complain too much, and simply paid it.

Then they told us that there had been a late charge, but they would not ever put it on the next bill. I refused to pay anything that was not charged to me in writing, so we had a lot of phone calls. We got a bill with it on it, and a due date. They called us every day, even though it was still 20 days until the due date. They called me in the morning, they called me at work, they called me in the evening.

Finally, I informed one person who was calling me that I knew how to file a complaint, and she needed to put in my file that the company should refrain from calling me in the future when my payments are not even late. But I was called again. The next day. I yelled at the person and informed them that what they were doing was unconscionable harassment, and I would not accept further calls. They have not called since, but who knows what next month will bring.

On another note, I have been working on complaining about the quality of the cookware, but no one will answer the phone except the payment part of this mess, and they claim that they have nothing to do with the product. I have tried leaving messages several times, and no one has returned my call. I feel foolish for believing a bad sales pitch, and I do not want anyone else to fall for it.
