These people are a bunch of lying con artists. If you see a job posting for them ignore it. As a former employee at the intake center in Manassas, VA I was shocked when they abruptly shut down. The control freak psychopath manager Dave Maresca that disguises himself as a "nice" guy stated that he was buying out the owner Steve Nahas. Of course that was a lie. They were NVA Financial Services and then had to change over to Synergy Attorney Services to avoid being sued. We were supposed to get paid every two weeks but would often go 4-5 weeks with no pay. They also have/had employees working eight to sixteen hours straight with no breaks and don’t pay any overtime. They don’t deduct taxes like they are supposed to and are just all around low down and dirty. Someone needs to report these scammers to the labor bureau. Many hard working employees lost their jobs through no fault of their own because of these lying psychopaths. They kept some employees and hired a few new ones when they switched names. The employees that weren’t brown nosing or that the manager Dave didn’t have the hots for never got called back. Low down and dirty is an understatement.  All they care about is money. They will have a new name this time next year. Their name should be Con Artists R Us.
