Synergy Mortgage Corp. ripoff bank business that doesnt give a dam Waco Texas

We gave the company a check for a deposit on a home. Giving it in good faith.

The person we gave it to Buddy Ming (Regional Manager) says he will take it to the bank he works for and start the paper work. He said get back with me and we'll start all the paper work that needed to be siged.

Every month we called to see if the loan had gone through. And every month he would say nothing yet. But he say everything looks good. OK another month goes, and another. Then we noticed that cavco was going out of bussiness we got scared so we called and said we want our money back.

They said they don't have it and never had an employee by the name of Buddy Ming. And this is supposed to be a bank that helps people with loans and watches out for their reputation. BULL!!

She said they have had problems with this man using their company name. And all they did was sent a certified letter stating "Don't do it again!". Well we reported to the police and found out that we weren't the only ones going through exact same thing!!!!! There are 8 others that had it done to them. Please Help!!!!!
