SYNERGY OIL, LLC took money for investment, will not return calls,no financial statement or follow up report, do not know what happened to the money? 20371 IRVINE AV NEWPORT BEACH,California

I found this synergy oil,llc on the internet

I filled ou my information to receive more information regarding investment.

I received a phone call from Daryl Magette ,he told me my money will earn 25 %  , in synergy
as compared to my regular retirement annuity,401K, IRA. 

I sent a check and transferred funds into synergy from my IRA  2012
there were no receipts that was issued to me and no financial statements.

I found out there was a Desist and Refrain court order for this company in California in 2011
I made numerous attempts to talk to mr. magette. he did not return my calls.
I wrote a letter to the manager Robert Falco. and is now waiting if they will ever return my money.
I have a cancelled check, and a statement that my trust had wired them funds from my IRA
