This place dohd their employees out! Their employees are so unprofessional  and are rude because they are states away.  Additionally  I worked for them and after months with no check or them being behind on 0aymemts i put in my notice.  They withheld  all my money untill the end.  Breaching their own contract.  Brian is one of the most unprofessional  people they have. I was told they would  not give me the owners info at all.  Even my admin told me good luck with that.  This business needs to be investigated seriously.

Brian I find it funny how you hang up the phone on me twice after calling me and demanding not asking but demanding I take the report down and you want to talk about professionalism?   You stated 3 customers complained out of how many?  Not to mention I was prety much called a liar when I called in and reported a cx as disgruntle first; AND you let me know how many times?  Im the one that put the 30 day notice in to your company not vice versa. Needless to say, Im not going to go back and forth with a blind spirit.  You will never see anything and you take the "distance away" from the techs thing and use it to your advantage.  There is a reason there are multiple complaints about you all in different locations.  So I will say the same thibg to you that you said to me about admitting fault.

Jovan you are completely wrong in every statement you made. You terminated your contract and the standard practice is to place a stop on auto payments to ensure that you complete your contract. As far as being unprofessional. You have had several end users complain about your attitude while you were at their locations. 1 end user I could understand and see as a misunderstanding. Several I see as an issue with you. Once you learn to admit your shortcomings and correct them you will be better off.

So I just received a phone call from "Brian" from Syntechs telling me that I need to take this report down. And that it was in my contract to not post untrue things. However, I explained to him that if we were to review the email and correspondence said one thing and that you’re verbally saying another. I have tried multiple times to speak with the owners of the company in regards to some professionalism issues. However, they say I have them. You are representing the company if your nasty to your techs do you think they won’t return the favor. I asked BRIAN was it a request to take the post down or was he telling me. He stated he was telling me. Whelp the conversation ended with him saying "take it down" and he hung up on me. I believe all calls to my business line are recorded additionally, I have the log of his call and his name as to who is calling on my screening service just in case I’m said to be lying about this situation.

I find it funny that they have the gawl to call someone with my personality and try and "bully" me into taking down a post about my personal experience with the company. I see I'm not the only one on multiple sites that have had issues with Syntechs professionalism and business practices. Most of the workers have pretty much told me on the phone that they are unprofessional and "good luck" in trying to reach the owners or VP of the company. Maybe an internal survey to the technicians on the professionalism of the in house staff needs to be done. Brian can never call when I request a call from him or email him to call me but he sure can pick the phone up when something isn’t going his way. One should pick and chose their battles. The bullying will get you nowhere over here. If my funds are withheld for an enormous amount of time I will be contacting the manufacturer because I know the company has been paid on these calls that were ran already.  A reasonable amount of time is when contracts should be paid out and the time I have been waiting has not been a reasonable amount of time.
