With my mobile contract expired and being several years with Verizon,me and My wife were looking for a more affordable mobile plan. In January 2012, I responded to an ad on the T-mobile's website $50 Unlimited Talk, Text and
Web. I called the 1800-T-Mobile number and inquired about the plan. The representative was kind enough to verify the deal and proceed with our account setup for the "Value Plan". She asked what phone we would like, and I said any phone that is obviously compatible with the plan would be fine. The representative stated the Samsung Galaxy S II is available and compatible with the value plan at a charge of only 139.99 per phone to be paid upfront. We paid, and received our phones and setup instructions shortly after.

After several months (6) we received no bill, only text messages for bill. It was high. I assumed it was overlapping in bills from past due and coming due. We are very busy and have a bad habit in trusting companies and just paying the
bill. I finally called in and asked why our bill was so high and why we never got a bill in the mail. Answer: you were set up for e-bill arbitrarily, and your bill is due to overlapping, late, and the current plan "Classic". I understand the first two but we signed up for the "Value Plan". They said we signed you up for the "Classic" in which to switch to
"Value" would be a "migration fee" of $200 per line. (2)!!! They said it's because of the discounted phone I received. I spoke to several representatives there and told them that i didn't call and switch over from Verizon after 5 years to t-mobile for a particular phone, i called for a particular plan. My contract was up with Verizon, I could've got any phone I
wanted from Verizon to stay for a "discounted price". I switched because Verizon couldn't match T-mobile's "Value Plan". Their response is, it's too late. I even asked for a the recording as evidence to my request and order. They said they don't have it. Help! Absolute nightmare. Considering going back to Verizon.

Desired Outcome Description:?All we want is to be in the plan we ordered. "Value Plan" for 50 per line as stated in
their ads back in January with no fees. This was the T-mobile's sales rep that made a mistake placing the order not understanding the details of the phone she issued to us. As mentioned, they continue to argue the reasons are because of the phone. I didn't call about the phone. I would have just stayed with Verizon, got the upgrade, payed the about the same, with superior service if it was about the phone!
