Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

AFTER SEVEN YEARS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO T MOBILE I WAS OUT OF CONTRACT. IN DECEMBER OF 2012 I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT MY DIRECT PAY TO UPDATE INFO. AT THAT TIME THEY OFFERED ME A NEW PROMTION FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO SAVE MONEY BY SIGNING FOR A NEW 2 YR CONTRCT. AT THAT TIME I TOLD THEM I HAVE TO PHONE AVAIL FOR UPGRADE AND ASKED THEM THAT AS LONG AS THAT WOULD NOT CHANGE I WOULD BE OKA WITH A NEW CONTRACT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID THAT I WOULD NOT LOSE MY UPGRADES SO I AGREED.

A MONTH LATER I WALK INTO THE STORE TO UPGRDEE AND WAS TOLD NO MORE UPGREADES YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE NOW FOR PHONE THAT T MOBILE DID AWAY WITH CONTRACTS. I SAID WAIT I JUST WAS TOLD I COULD UPGRADE WITH MY CURRENT DEAL THE REPS SAID NOPE NO MORE YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE I SAID THEN CANCEL MY SERVICE. THER RESPONSE WAS YOU HAVE TO PAY THE CANCEL FEE I SAID HOW THAT POSSIBLE WHEN YOU S STOPED CONTRACTS THER RESPONSE WAS THAT I WAS UNDER THE 2 YEAR CONTRACT AND THEY CHANGED TERMS AND CONDITONS AFTER I RENEWED MY CONTRACT AND THAT I HAVE TO PAY TO CANCEL. SO NOW THER IN BREACH OF OF CONTRACT OF WHAT I AGRED TO AND THER HOLDING ME UNDER A TWO YEAR CONTRACT WITH CANCEL FEES AFTER THEY CHANGED THER POLICES WITH OUT BEING TRUTH FULL .ITS A SCAM IAM BEING SCREWED .I WANT OUT WITH NO FEES CAUSE THER NOT HONORING THE CONTRACT I AGREDED TO AN CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY 1200 DOLLARS FOR NEW PHONES.

I was a ten year customer of T Mobile...a charter customer, I was given to them when they bought Voicestream.  I had 3 lines with them and was one of their best customers.  They treated me as poorly as you can treat a customer.  They nickel and dimed me at every corner.  I said, I had 3 lines, all under one bill.  It was for my business at the time. If a bill was late, they would suspend service and charge me 20 bucks for each phone. That was 60 bucks everytime the phone bill went late.  One of the lines went to my step daughter, she loved ringtones and text messages, her extras were over 50 a month crazy...What stress that caused everybody. How do you tell a 14 year old not to text? after 50 that were included,  they were a nickel. (I never text, bu they didn't allow me to give her mine) That was a alot of nickels..lol..Most companies give that stuff for free, the text anyway.  I decided not to renew my contract after like 8 years. I was a free agent and just continued on the plan I had.  All I got by renewing was maybe a free upgrade to a new phone. There was no better deal.  I finally left them when I left my business and switched to Metro PCS..(Awesome by the way..) I just left T-mobile.  They billed be 200 cancellation fee...! I had no contract with them for 3 years and was a customer for over ten.  They are God aweful.  My T-mobile bill was 130 a month for the 3 lines.  99 for 2 phones, 10 for the additional line, and whatever the fee was to have unlimited text messages for her.  I switched to Metro PCS My bill is 25 dollars a month, unlimited talk, text, and long distance.  If I don't pay, they turn it off. When I pay, they turn it back on. No late fee, No nickel and dime BS, no stress. I read last week T-mobile bought Metro PCS..Just when I thought I was OUT...they PULL me back...
