I had T-Mobile as my phone carrier and actually like them, I fact I had my whole family sign up. Then I found a cheaper carrier and went with them, that is where the problems started. My last bill was 485.32 and sent to a collection agency as it was not paid ontime... that is fine with me, no harm there.

So I get a letter from a collection agency for the amount and I pay it in June of 06 I believe. There Done... not a chance, I get a letter from T- Mobile about six months later requesting my money. I tell them that I paid it in full. They ask me who I paid. I told them " the collection agaency you sent me to." Then they want verification that I indeed paid it. They always want verification, so I send it. They tell me it is paid and that my account will reflect that.

Six months later, yup you guessed it, another collection agency. This is still going on... it has been about 1-2 years since I paid this debt in full. Everytime I am sent to a collection agaency I call the agency and they ask for verification, they get it and tell me they will clear it up. In all reality they just send the debt back to T-mobile. Each time I get off the phone with the agency and immedistely call T-mobile. They tell me it is not their account anymore since they sold it to the Agency and they can do nothing for me.

I have requested a fax number for T-mobile, they will not give me one. I have requested to speak with somone who can really clear this matter up, there is no one other than the idiot I am already on the phone with, yeah like either of those statements is true.

The last time I spoke with a representative of T-mobile( 1 month ago), they informed me that the corporate office does not recieve faxes from the public and her office fax number was unavailable to me as well. I asked her," you mean to tell me that I cannot get a number from you to send documents clearing myself of this debt," she said," No Maam."

Since then it has been sent to my credit report. I have had the credit bureaus look into it and have filed an official dispute, but Valentine And Kebartas sold it to someone else during the dispute process. Since the new Law office( because it is a lawyer trying to collect this time) has not filed it on my credit report yet, the FCRA can do nothing, it is not fraud if it is not posted and the FTC has an official report but can't find any information regarding this debt so they have to sit on their thumbs as well. I don't know what else to do, I just want my credit cleared!!

Don't deal with T-mobile it is one big headache..
