T-Mobile T-Mobile are Rip off Scam Artists that will Steal your Money, Buyer Beware! Nationwide

I would recommend NEVER using T-Mobile. They are gigantic rip offs. I cancelled them November 28th of 2013. I called them a few days later to get instructions and pay what was due. The customer agent stated that I owed $120 and some change and that I had to pay this before I cancelled. I paid it right there. Just a few days later I cancelled my service. They somehow decided I now owe them $241. Customer agent I have since talked to said you pay another month when you cancel. I don't understand how they can legally do this, contract or no contract. Even if this is legal it doesn't explain them charging me two months service. I didn't find out about the $241 until a creditor called.

The service with T-Mobile, in general, was always crappy, but I was stuck with it for 2 years. You end up paying quite a bit more than what you expect to pay. There are so many dead spots with this service. I had certain areas in my house that didn't work. The internet which claimed to be 3g was 2g at best. The phone they gave us with the plan was not capable of 3g, which we didn't figure out until later. I was so glad when the two years were up. This doesn't matter, because they screwed me over anyway. Don't expect anything from them.
