SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I signed a contract with T-Mobile in December for a 4 phone family plan. On the contract, the company wrote that our plan would be $160 per month plus the cost of buying the phones, which would make the plan about $190 per month until the phones were paid off.

Ever since starting this plan, we have received astronomical bills. Our average monthly bill is $300 per month. We received much better service from Sprint for $200 per month, so why would we have changed in order to pay $100 more for terrible service. Our calls are dropped constantly and calling into T-Mobile's customer service is like falling into the 7th circle of hell.

T-Mobile's customer service requires about 10 lengthy calls just to get an adjustment to the bill. Our calls are frequently disconnected, and we have to tell the same information over and over again to different representatives. They must have an antiquated customer service program, or perhaps they make customers participate in this exercise of futility just to string them along.

T-Mobile also has shady salespeople working for them. They lie about the cost of their plans and services, make false claims about the strength of their service, but they also steal. The salespeople told us they wanted to buy our old phones and would give us $150 credit to our Jan. bill. This credit never appeared, and T-Mobile will not honor the agreement.

We want to cancel our service, but T-Mobile is going to charge us $200 per line to do that. It almost be worth getting out of this contract, but we don't have the money.

All in all, you should run away from T-Mobile. Do not do business with them. They are a terrible company, with terrible service. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with.
