T-mobile ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Albuquerque New Mexico

One-year contract signed with T-mobile promised $200 rebate and $50 credit on my 6th monthly bill were never received. Customer service representatives could not give any valid reasons for that. And the supervisor, instead of trying to explain it to me, rudely giving me the contact info for their legal department.

They also charged early termination fee on my account ($200 per line) after I ported the number to Verizon after my original contract expired, claiming that I called to change the service plan which results in automatic extension of the contract for two more months. In fact, their local store where I signed the contract made that call to have the plan changed without explaining to me anything.

This fraudulent operation between T-mobile and their local store is outrageous! Watch out if you are considering signing with T-mobile. I am happy that I am now with Verizon.
