I have been a customer for sometime now and have always liked T-Mobile's service until now. I did an exchange with them but never received a return shipping label, I contacted them many times informing them that I did not receive the labels that they sent me. During this repeated calling not one time did anyone inform me that I had only 60 days to return the phone. I finally was told on June 13th and only then that I had too return the phone by the 26th of June. I also was not informed that I had to send it with some means of tracking the phone. I sent it priority and it did not reach the return center until the 28th of June. I explained my situation to many of T-Mobile's reps but I was blown off and treated as if I where lying. I asked for someone to listen to the recorded calls to see if I was ever informed of said policy but I was told it was just not important enough. Now I have this bill for a $129 restocking fee because I did not send the phone within the 60 days that no one informed me of until June 13th. Not one representative or manager will take the time to review the recorded calls, but blew me off and treated me as if I was lying and basically told me oh well, pay the bill or your credit is trashed.

After filing a complaint with the BBB on 7-3-07 I received an email from T-Mobile's executive office stating Please be advised that T-Mobile is in receipt of your BBB complaint in regards to your T-Mobile account. As a gesture of good faith to you and in an effort to amicably resolve the issue, T-Mobile has applied a one time credit to your account for the restocking fee plus applicable taxes in the amount of $123.23. Your current account balance is a credit balance of $-123.23. You may verify this by accessing your account on T-Mobile.com.

T-Mobile sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused to you. T-Mobile would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a loyal customer since July 12, 2005. #2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

not all calls are recorded

AUTHOR: Kendy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 08, 2007

I know the recorded greeting says the call may be recorded for training puposes. That actually is what they use the recordings for. Each rep is recorded once every half an hour. Then ony 2 calls a month are listened to to make sure that the reps are hitting all the marks that T-Mobile wants them to hit. The rest of the recordings are not kept do to shear volume
