We have been good customers of T-Mobile for over 10 years. We had problems with our cell phones, but they worked well enough. We moved to an area in our state that does not get good coverage, and the phones became worthless to use.
T-Mobile said they could do nothing to fix our phone problems, but they said coverage was adequate in our new area. Not true, as the internet rating for coverage here puts them at the bottom of all providers.
We cancelled our contract with T-Mobile, and they sent us a bill for over $600, even though they could not fix the reception problems at our new address.
Beware of T-Mobile. Use US Cellular.
