I have been reading over the complaints about T-mobile, and I think that the person who called them a company of LIARS AND THIEVES hit the nail right on the head. I am also dealing with this very dishonest company. I had been with T-MOBILE for a couple of years with no real problems until I called in to cancel one of my two phones. I had always paid my bill over the phone and never really questioned the accuracy of the bill. I was usually one month behind and always paid the the minimum amount. I never had the displeasure of dealing with there customer service before this time!

The girl that I spoke to was very manipulative she set up a payment plan to catch up on my account and bring it up to date. This was never a big issue, until I spoke with her. I told her that I was switching to a plan with a local company that offered unlimited calling with no contract for only $35.00 a month. And that we would be switching the other phone soon. I called in and made a payment on 12/30/2008 as agreed and to my surprise, less than 10 days later , service was suspended and I wanted to now why and how.

I tried calling T-MOBILE but it is an automated service which prompts you to make a payment on the phone. I do not want to pay them one penny till I find out what is going on, I have e-mailed them a couple of times and their only response is that they are sorry if they have unconvenienced you (d**n right I am inconvenienced) I cannot believe that they do not even have the common courtesy of explaining this, and beleive me, they have a lot of explaining to do. I emailed them again, telling them that they just lost a good customer I just received a bill in the mail for $404 with overtime charges, all I can assume then is that this customer service girl made changes that I am unaware of. They are also threatening to ruin my credit rating if I do not give in to their demands!

Can somebody please till me how these big corporate giants get away with this kind of thing. How is it that they can put us on the defensive, merely by just wishing to do so.It should be the other way around, these people need to be brought to justice.I think that once they learned that we were leaving t-mobile that they saw this as there last opportunity To gouge us.NOT only do I not intend to pay these thieves one more penny I want compensation for being greatly inconvenienced and put them on the defensive for once!!!
