T Mobile Joel from the Lynnwood mall store was especially rude. Only recieved half my rebate after multiple visits. Everett, Washington

Only recieved half my rebate after multiple visits. Now they tell me they can't do anything to help after multiple visits and promises to fix it.  Was promised a lower bill if I added a line and my bill, of course, bill went way up.  I wasnt told about the deductable for phone insurance. So I've paid 6 bucks a month for however long plus deductable for a lousy my slide piece of junk.  I was also told I would be upgraded to Android 2:2, but that hasn't happened either. That was the whole reason I got this phone instead of a nice iPhone - so I could tether.  Now I'm stuck with these turkeys for another year and a half because I have 4 lines and it will cost me $1000 to drop them. You think after almost 3 years of paying $250/m they would at least give me the other half of the rebate I was promised 6 months ago.  I hope this helps someone else.
