I purchased a Samsung T-509 in June from T-mobile. I had to re-sign my contract for another year in order to get the promo price of 119.99, minus a $60 rebate.
Of course I sent in ALL the required information (original SKU, reciept, form, etc). Like most half intelligent people, I double checked it befor putting it in the mail. I have been ripped off by other companies like XM radio and Verizon, so I really checked.
Of course the sent me a letter stating that I had sent everything exept the original SKU. Coincidence?-I think not!

I called them and of course got the run around 3 times.
I now have donated T-mobile my rebate.
I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS
