T-mobile we paid what we owed t-mobile took more Rio Rancho New Mexico Internet

When my husband and I decided to try another cell phone company after our contract was up with t-mobile, they decided to charge us an extra $200.00 when we refused to pay it we were bombarded by phone calls. We then got a notice in the mail saying if we pay the $200.00 we owe they wont charge us the extra $200.00 they tacked on for unknown reason. That night my husband got a phone call from T-mobile so my husband paid the $200.00, so when we got our bank statement we noticed they took out the whole $400.00, we just let it go because it would just be a big headache trying to get it back. so a week ago we got another letter from a creditor representing T-mobile again saying the exact same thing it said a year ago so I called and I told them I paid that a year ago. I am in the process of looking for my bank statement showing we paid but if I can't find it I'm not paying again , what crooks.
