T-mobile Worthless wireless carrier Bait and switch Internet

I've been a T-mobile customer for 15ish years and I'm tired of them changing/taking away and charging for FREE services. Or at least services that were promised to be free for the lifetime of my account. The most recent one I'm talking about is USB tethering.

Every time I call in to do a phone upgrade and extend my contract for 2 years, I ask if USB tethering is included. Every time I've been told it's a feature of the phone, therefore we will NOT charge you for it, unless you remove your data plan, which I have not authorized any changes to it in roughly 7-8 years, yet the company agents have changed it without my consent.

The company now wants to charge me $14.99 a month for a service that I was promised would be free, and has been free.  They also advertise for an unlimited data plan that has a cap.  Last I checked unlimited mean no limit.  How can you put a cap on something that has no limit? I filed a report with the bbb and T-mobile canceled my contract, even though I told them all I wanted was what I was promised. Either that, or $14.99 knocked off my bill every month for them removing and charging for a FREE service.

I'm tired of being a sheep...
