T-Mobile Purchased My Touch 4g phone which is virtually unusable; paid for insurance, but replaced with more flawed phones Lombard Illinois
Have T-Mobile family plan. One phone in plan is MyTouch 4g for which we've paid monthly insurance for 18 months. Reported bizarre MyTouch problems after first month: it freezes repeatedly; had diminutive battery life; types by itself; drops calls; rarely allows internet access; has constant screen flickering and turning off; and auto-update deletes phone data! When trying to text on touch screen everything you touch disappears; each text message must be retyped several times in an attempt to send it. Text messages are received sometimes hours late. T-Mobile REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PHONE with a working phone, despite our insurance; each phone was REPLACED WITH ANOTHER UNUSABLE MY TOUCH; was even charged 90.00 on my April bill despite being told the phone had been insured and replacement would be free! I have spoken to T-Mobile repeatedly and refused a refund of the 90.00; refused a working (NON MyTouch phone); and refused the option to cancel this line without the 225.00 contract termination fee!
