T-mobile Poorest customer service outsourced to th Phillipines often where there are ony adept at transferring you to the wrong department. I have a new plan and the continue to charge me over and over on the Doubling the bill and always tring to knowingly sneek in extra invalid charges. BEWARE malibu, California

After purchasing (changing) a plan they continue to charge me for the same phone on the old plan. Their customer service reps are unwilling or unable to do simple math especially  and deal with problems.. The reps are adept at being able to transfer you to the wrong department for resolution. When informed not to use a auto pay credit card they do it anyway. I think they know what they are doing as their fraud and overbilling add to company profitability.  If you are ever speaking to an account rep in the Phillipines I would suggest calling back later as they seem to have Graduate Degrees in Transferring, Hanging  UP or just occupying your time with absolutely no help. Good luck t=mobile ---- when your customer service drops even more  you will also see your customers flock to other companies.
