This indivdual got my attention on craigslist while I was looking for a iPhone 5S to purchase. I came across an ad where this individual stated she can get iPhone 5S for $400 which seemed like a great deal. I texted this "customer service"rep for T-Mobile, I will now be referring to her by her first name which is Lizandra. She states that she worked for T-mobile and that she was going to use her "sales credit line" to purchase the phone for me and that it would show up on my account, all I needed to do once I saw the payment is go to a Western Union and send her a cash payment. I was reluctant at first but I thought, she works for T-Mobile since she is able to access my account and put money into the account.

She texted me saying that the payment was made for the phone and I went into my T-Mobile account and saw that there was a payment for $950 (which is what the iphone 5S 64gb) cost. She said that T-Mobile will send me a a text message once the phone has been delivered with a UPS tracking number, which I never recieved. This individual ended up using a fake credit card or relicating a check I already used to put money into my account showing that a bill was paid for and stealing $400 that I sent to her using Western Union. She is an employee for T-Mobile and she was able to access my account and perform all these decitful transactions.

Lizandra Matos is working for T-Mobile and placing fake money into people's account and asking for cash money to be sent to her via Western Union right under T-Mobiles nose, and t-mobile isnt going to do anything about it.

I am so glad that this report helped at least one person! I have tried to contact t-mobile about this but they won't do anything about it because my father is the primary on the account and talking to a bunch of low level'd employees isn't going to get the job done. If you would like to make a difference you can voice your opinion by contacting this man who is hire up in the company and maybe just maybe they'll do SOMETHING about all the money this disgusting lady is stealing from folks.

I almost did the same thing, so I started looking on line for the number and found this, thank god I did my research before sending her the money.

I am sorry Tmobile is not doing anything about it but I will call them to complain as well hopefully once they have enough complaints they will do something.
