T-MOBILE IS STEALING ME

About 2 months ago I switch to T-Mobile from ATT and among the things that they offer me, they told me that if I bought a new Iphone 6 and gave them the old iphone 4s I will receive a bonus in my account.

I received instructions on how to send the phone and so I did. 2 months later I have not received the bonus for my phone.

I have called the department in charge of trade in, and after waiting almost an hour for an answer, they told me that they have not paid because the phone was blocked by ATT.

I tell them please then return me the phone and they respond that it is not possible ... in other words T-MOBILE ROBBED ME MY IPHONE 4S.

So why would ATT block the trade?

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 11, 2014

Interesting how you are calling T-Mobile a RipOff when it is AT&T that is blocking the "trade".  Now, what is even more interesting is why would AT&T do that?

Perhaps you are under contract with AT&T and thought you would be sneaky and just change carriers and figure that AT&T couldn't do anything to you. Perhaps you bought the 4S under a monthly payment program and didn't complete the payments where you still owe on the phone.

If it is not either of those then what was the reason that AT&T gave you when you called them..you did call them right?
