T-Mobile Total rip off when it comes to equipment pay off Las Vegas Nationwide

I called T-Mobile June 6, 2015 (it was the biggest mistake of my life). They got my order wrong, sent the wronge phones, charged me from the start of June 6, 2015 when I did not even have phones because I had to return them. Oh and when they say they will pay for your equipment (phones) and early termination fees, whatch out!!! If you turn your phones into a store, they will tell you you will get a credit on your bill for the phones and T-Mobile will also pay the remaining balance of your phones with your current provider. That is a LIE. They give you the credit towards your T-Mobile bill and then they deduct that amount from the VISA card they send you. So the DO NOT pay off the remaining balance with your current provider. DO NOT sign up with T-Mobile, they lie and are ripping off the consumer. We work hard for our money and they do not care to take as much as they can from us. The so called manager's in their store are a JOKE, they lie to hook you into a contract and before you know it, they own you. I am a loyal customer, I was with Verizon for over thirty years. I left them due to rising prices with them, I left them. T-Mobile is a SCAM, plain and simple!!!
