Last Fall my cellular company,T-Mobile, let one of their business agents convert my personal account that I had for many years to my Business and grossly inflate my bill. I call atleast 6 times and spent 40 minutes to 2 hrs on the phone with customer service reps to no avail. I would get nice people, but they kept telling me their supervisors told them I had to back to their business agent as he was the only person who could change it back.

At first when I emailed and left messages he said he would refund the overcharge and take to his boss to turn back to a personal account, then he wouldn't answer his phone and went on vacation. How convenient.

I told T-Mobile's supposed superiors that over phone and they told me it wasnt their job. Since I wasted as much time as possible and have had the number for over 12 years I wasn't going to take a chance losing it. I told them they had a week to clear things up or I would take my business elsewhere. They could care less as they kept billing me 3x my normal charges for service that was never worth the original monthly bills, let alone 3x.

After not hearing anything I switched carriers and ported my number over. I paid the balance on my personal account, which was $61.77 and the difference of the new over-inflated bill of $97.88 on the new account, which in total reflected my normal monthly obligation.

At first T-Mobile sent bills of $1297., which they are trying to get me for breach of contract and for full value of a phone that I had already paid for,but hey if you are going to over bill,go ahead through as much as you can. They sicked Convergent Outsourcing on me as a collector and I had already written letters to T-Mobile offices, which Convergent said wasn't in the file,of course not,why would they put anything in their file on me that would state my case. Now they are sending threatening bills for $1529.64,which I have no idea how it jumped $250? I tried calling them, but they don't really care to listen.....

I am sure I am not the only one who has this issue, nor will it be. All for the sake of a commission by a business agent they have. Since i never signed anything for the change, they really have nothing and personally I can't wait to face them in court.
