They have made two appointments to install my carport but have not showed up for either and no explantion why they did not show up for either appointment. The worst part is I confirmed that they were on their way to my site. The installation site is 2 and a half hours away from my home and they have offered a $50.00 credit and still can't tell me when they will put it up. So far it has cost me around $150.00 in gas and still no carport. Very poor customer service and Management.
