TS Card Benefits ripoff I was stung by a company like this (American Capital) deceptive company Phoenix Arizona

This company contacted me with a opportunity that was to good to be true.
For $249 they would supply me with a Master card with a $2000 limit and 0% interest until 2003. They would also provide me with a Platinum credit card for a catalog of goods that I could purchase products from. They would supply me witgh a $7000 limit. They would also give me a $300 credit to be used toward puchases from that catalog, thus reimbursing me for my costs to get the card($249).
Told them that I had recently ben ripped off by the same opportunity from a different company and they began to get aggressive with me.

They told me thay were trying to help me rebuild my credit and they would be reporting to the credit agencies 12 times and thus help me to reestablish my credit.

I asked who the issuing bank was and they said Continental Bank out of Salt Lake City. I quickly check to see if that bank exhisted and it did not and with that this person decide to give up and tell me that this opportunity was not for me.

BEWARE OF SCAMS LIKE THIS.
