Table Rock Marine and Outdoors Lee Odom Dishonest! Kimberling City, Missouri

We took our $55,000 boat to Lee at Table Rock Marine and Outdoor for repair in June 2011.  The did most of the repair but said one last part, the cap, was on order.  It looked terrible without the cap.  I paid them the full price with the promise that when the cap came in, they would put it on.  Here we are over ONE YEAR later and it still looks terrible without the cap!  He tried to convince me that he put the cap on months earlier and it "evidently fell off".  This was a out and out lie.  There was NO evidence a cap had been put on (more on this later).I got the run around from Lee for over ONE YEAR!  He said the cap was on order, they were out, they needed to make more at the factory, or some other lame excuse. 

 Finally, after waiting over a year for this cap, I made one phone call and had the cap in my hands in three days!
When I called Lee to tell him, miraculously he too had the cap!  He said he would go right out and put it on.  Several weeks later, when the cap was still not put on, I once again called him.  He said he would get it done.  Several weeks later when it still wasn't done, I called him.  He said the boat had been damaged since they fixed it and the cap wouldn't fit.  This, again, was a lie.  I have pictures of the boat before the repairs and after the repairs Lee made.  It is exactly the same.This proved that he lied before about putting the cap on and it "fell off". 

 I know the game he is now playing....the cap wouldn't fit from the beginning so he kept putting me off hoping I would get tired of it and let it go.  He doesn't know me very well! I paid him $900 for the repair, completed.  He did not complete it and knew from day one that he wouldn't!  I have asked for part of the money back and he remains silent.
Lee is a schister!  He is dishonest and lies with ease.  He will take your money and do only part of the repair.  He will then lie to you until you give up.  I don't give up.  It is no longer the money, but a matter of principle.  We don't care if it cost several thousand dollars in legal fees, we are going to expose this conman for who he is!  You can't do business in this part of the country like this and get away with it!
Don't trust him!  He will take you for a ride and take your money!  Don't believe anything he says!
