Tactical Gun Armory Knoxville Credit Card immediately billed for out-of-stock item. Canceled order, with no refund/credit to account Internet

Tactical Gun Armory immediately billed my credit card for an item that was out of stock. There are no indications on their web site as to whether an item is or isn't in stock.

I called and spoke to Brandon, and was told the item would be in stock within two weeks. Three weeks later, after inquiring about the item I was told that they had no idea when the item would be in, or when I could expect to receive it.

The order was canceled and Brandon stated that it takes two days for the accounting department to issue a credit to credit card accounts. Thirty (30) days later there is still no credit to my account, and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Obviously this company's practices are less than admirable if they immediately bill for out-of-stock items. That should have been a red flag.
