Tactical Gun Armory, Tactical Gun Armory will rip you off and should not be in business. From one firearm owner to another I urge you to not purchase from these people. Benefit from my experience, you will NOT be happy. Consider yourself warned. Knoxville Tennessee

I ordered a Walther P99 from Tactical Gun Armory because they had the best price. Once the order was placed my credit card was charged immediately. I did know this going into it but took the chance any way. My FFL sent them his paperwork and we waited...and waited...and waited.

Three weeks later I checked the order status on their website and it still showed on order. I expected this because the Walther is not the easiest to get due to high demand and shops not having a huge inventory on hand. At four weeks I sent an email to get a ETA. No response. A few days later I got an email stating that they did not have the FFL. My dealer also got the notice and it was resent.

A week later we got the notice again and the FFL was sent again. This time I also sent it in. I started emailing them telling them that the FFL had been send in four times by now. All of this time I had been trying to reach them by phone but that is impossible. I spent days calling all day long and if you try to contact them I guarantee all you will get is a busy signal.

For weeks I have been sending them emails with absolutely zero response from them. I have tried to call them for a couple of weeks now. All attempted contact with this company has been unsuccessful.

I finally sent them an email stating that I wanted to cancel the order and that I would be contacting the credit card company to begin reversing the payment. Now the order shows "shipped" on their website. Neither myself or my FFL can reach anyone at this company. We have no product, no way to verify status....nothing.

I will be initiating fraud charges against Tactical Gun Armory, contacting the better business bureau, notifying the ATF licensing and investigation and if need be contacting my attorney (also my FFL) and filing a suit against this company.

It is a shame when a company treats its customers in this fashion and I am still not too sure if this is a front for fraudulent activity and ripping people off. In either event I urge you to not purchase from Tactical Gun Armory. At the very least before you order, try to call them, send them some email questions and see if you still feel comfortable dealing with them.
