Taq Quest Marketing sold us phone calls through their direct mail campaign for mortgage Marketing. TagQuest represented that the callers may be a little upset since data is not always accurate. We have been doing mortgage focused direct mail for over 11 years so we understand that from time to time information is not accurate.

We were in now way prepared for the misleading advertisement that TagQuest sent out. Our phones began ringing at 8am and we turned off the Marketing from Tag Quest by 11am the same day. We had som many upset consumers and complaints that we requested our funds back from Tag Quest as none of their advertisement was in compliance. We have tried to get our funds back from Tag Quest but they feel if we fielded more phone calls, (or really upset consumers) we would have been able to get some deals out of it. In no way would we want to represent ourselves in that manner to consumers.

Overall, I would never work with Tag Quest again and would like to warn other companies from making the same mistake.

No Mortgage Leads

AUTHOR: Somi - ()

POSTED: Sunday, June 02, 2013

Tagquest sent out 2000 letters and I got one irate call. They promised at least 1% response. After  charging my credit card, the rep. diappeared. I tried to compromise with Chuck Dye to try to get me some leads but I experienced complete disregard of the customer service. He did not care about any future business.

These people will make all kinds of false promises. The owner says that they will try to fix the problem which is not true. Nobody ever contacted me to let me know that they will try to do anything about it. These people will keep your money and move on to the next person who will give them money.

easy fix

TagQuest is not the only company that does direct mail and there are few rules that they have to follow. one, they have to get anything they send out approved by whomever they are sending it for. two, they also have to get approval for data that's ordered. i've worked with this company (good campaigns and bad) and they have always followed the rules as i know them. i don't see any reason for "ricky bobby" to slander them in this way. but hey, i'm just a loan officer that's been working with them for over a year. i even talked to a couple of prospective clients to give a good reference! make sure you get more than just "ricky's" opinion before you make your decision to use them or not. i'm sure glad i used them. who knows where i'd be without the extra loans i closed from the marketing i've done with them.

TagQuest Marketing holds a high standard of moral and values. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and service, so I am sure your rep would be happy to rectify this situation one way or the other. Our letters are comliant and clients ALWAYS sign off on them (with approval) prior to any letters going out. My best advice would be to contact TagQuest and let us work for YOU in order to get this resolved.
