TahoePower equip.com Dave White Individual pulled up on my farm asking if I would like a steal on new equipment. I asked what he had and he told me Honda air compressor .trash pump.power washer,a 7000 gas generator.a 9000 diesel gen Las Vegas, Nevada

and he told me Honda air compressor .trash pump.power washer,a 7000 gas generator.a 9000 diesel generator and showed me the retail value of 18176.67.I told him I was only interested in the power washer since ours quit.He said I could surely sellthe other pieces and recupe all my money and get the power washer free. He said they came with a 3 yr warranty.I told Dave White that I was really not in the financial position as my husband is quadriplegic and unable to eat or speak due to a massive stroke.I had filed for bankruptcy and spending this amount would be be a hardship if I could'nt sell the pieces.He reassured me that the company would sell them for me if I couldn't sell them on my own.I contacted my 23 yr old son and took pictures  to see what he thought and he also talked to Dave White ane he also confirmed all equipment was retailed at 18176.67 and came with a 3 yr warranty parts and labor. Like a preyed upon fool I wrote a check out to him for 6950.00 After feeling sick to my guts of spending the money I called Dave White and said that I really made a mistake and that he needed to come get the equipment and that I needed my check back . He said that I would have to deal with his supervisor in Las Vegas.I called the bank and check was already cashed.I called my local law inforcement and reported how I felt I was scammed. The officer checked into it and called me back saying he checked into them and they were legit and that the equipment was used in home shows etc and the fuel was added  to the engines and started at home shows and according to epa once this is done they are forbidden to resell them as new. Therefore giving me a steal and major pricebreak on them .Plain and simple scammed and that is why he should have never tresspassed on my property when the tresspassing signs are visible.
